Skanska have appointed MTS Environmental Ltd as environmental consultants in partnership with the Oxfordshire Highways contract. As part of this role, MTS have undertaken significant environmental permitting work to upgrade the Oxfordshire recycling operation to include the recycling of tar bound planings, inert aggregates and gully waste.

MTS and Skanska are developing a sophisticated closed loop recycling operation. This will enable Oxfordshire County Council to achieve its zero carbon aspirations for the future.
