As part of the Hampshire County Council highways partnership MTS have been assisting in the set up of an integrated waste management system. This includes two de-watering gully waste facilities and a coal tar bituminous material recycling facility. As part of this system Waste Accountant is being used by Hampshire County Council, Skanska and multiple members of the supply chain to deliver a comprehensive recycling operation.
