The whole Electricity Alliance is using WasteAccountant.com

MTS Environmental Ltd is delighted to announce that the Electricity Alliance West is now using WasteAccountant.com. By using WasteAccountant.com integrated waste management system both Alliances East and West are now able to make strategic progress towards achieving the National Grid's environmental objective of zero waste to landfill.  

The use of WA.com allows supply chain departments, HSEQ departments, designers, engineers and finance departments to work together in a co-ordinated way. All teams will be working towards achieving the National Grid zero waste to landfill target by balancing least cost, maximum recycling and the lowest carbon miles travelled. WA.com will be the tool used to manage the process. 

The Electricity Alliance is the largest ever Alliance Partnership for National Grid and represents a significant part of National Grid's planned investment to maintain safe and secure supplies of energy to the UK. The value of the planned upgrade work is £2.5 billion over five years.
